Who we are?

Jakab és Társai Ltd. was founded in 1996 by Mr. András Jakab and Mr. Artúr Kőhler. They both have extensive professional experience in the environmental field, experience that was accumulated in participating in numerous site assessment, remediation, water resources, and other environmental projects.

• András Jakab (Environmental Engineer), Hydrogeological Expert (License No.: W-V-17/13-12065), Environmental Assessor (National Inspectorate for Environment, Nature and Water, Permit No. F-1091/2007), Manager. His computer sciences background is best used in the environmental field as leading modeler and risk assessor (both human health and ecological) of our company. He is also experienced in practical and theoretical aspects of DNAPL and LNAPL site assessment, remediation, and modeling.
• Artúr Kőhler (Geologist), Environmental Expert (License No.: K-F-Z/02-0593 - water protection, soil protection, protection from hazardous effects of wastes). His main, but not exclusive practical geologic and hydrogeologic experience in the environmental field is related to the assessment of soil and groundwater contaminated with chlorinated solvents and petroleum hydrocarbons, or design, construction, and operation of remediation and monitoring systems.
